  • Can I update my address?

    We're happy to update your address, however, as we're really quick at packing up your order and once it is locked for shipping we are unable to make any changes. Depending on the warehouse it ships from, this can be as quickly as under 10 minutes after your order is placed.
  • How long does delivery take?

    Our delivery process will take 15-20 business days. Please note: For other countries, such as Mexico or Brazil, it may take 20-25 business days.
  • I haven't received a confirmation email
