Digital Products:
Digital products are only eligible for a refund if the product has not yet been downloaded. Once a product is downloaded there are no refunds allowed.
Stylus Pen:
You are able to return unsuitable items within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be returned in their original packaging. We would also recommend returning your item via tracked delivery to ensure your order arrives safely back to us. Once your order has been processed, you shall receive a refund.
